Who it is for
Freelancers, small companies and agencies that today split the work across spreadsheets, an invoicing tool, a client tool and an accounting tool. Also for anyone who needs a management program with their own brand and their own rules.

You draw up the quote, turn it into an invoice, record the payment and see who owes you what. But you also manage your clients and leads, run campaigns, record purchases, reconcile the bank and prepare your taxes, all in one place and without typing the data twice. We use it ourselves to run our own company.

The home screen tells you how the year is going: how much you have invoiced, how much you have credited and which taxes are close to their deadline. From there you make an invoice or a quote, record a payment or add a client.

Numbering is automatic, sequential and gap-free. An issued invoice is never deleted: if it needs correcting, you issue a credit note. Payment status is not ticked by hand, it is calculated from the payments you have recorded.

Every quote has its status: draft, expired, invoiced. When the client accepts, you turn it into an invoice with one click and the two stay linked. A quote also has a public page you can send to the client.
