The same assistant we use ourselves, installed at your company and built around you: with the name, voice and colours you choose, your own apps and only the tools your business uses. It runs on computers in your office, and your documents stay there.
Who it is for
It works with client case files. The assistant reads incoming documents, sorts and summarises them, prepares the notices and leaves the folder ready. It all happens inside the office and no document is uploaded to the internet.
Its management system is old, still works, and no modern tool can connect to it. The assistant can: it goes in, looks things up, cross-checks them against email and invoicing and sends a WhatsApp message when something does not add up.
Eight people, each with their own area. They talk to it from their phone or watch and each one sees only their own part. Anything touching money or live systems asks for confirmation before it happens.

Built around you
We adapt it ourselves for every installation, with the people who will use it in mind.
Only the ones you use: invoicing, WhatsApp, your management system or your own systems, and home automation if you want it. If something is not connected yet, we connect it.
Every person and team with their own permissions: who can change things, who can only look and which actions ask for confirmation first.
It is called whatever you like and talks the way your company does: how it addresses each person, how formal it is and whether it jokes or gets straight to the point.

In your office
We send you the machine prepared, configured and tested: it arrives, you plug it into your network and it works. We do not install this on just any office computer, because that machine decides how fast the AI runs and whether we can support you properly. The machine is yours, it sits at your premises and the tasks run there. Each machine connects by itself when switched on, and the machine itself decides which folders the agents may enter.
Before we start, we give you this same table filled in for your case: what stays, what goes out, where it goes and with which key. If anything on the outgoing side does not suit you, we take it out. That part will work worse, and we will tell you so.
The machine we send you handles language, voice, transcription and image analysis without anything leaving your network. What still goes out are the outside services you already use, such as your email, your bank or your WhatsApp. If you prefer, the large models that write the changes you ask for also go out, because today they give better results in the cloud; they can stay inside, though they work somewhat worse. Before we start, we tell you what stays, what goes out and what machine you need for the size of your company.
They are very good if your work happens inside their programs: they write, summarise and search. What they do not do is get into your management system, follow a six-step process of yours or work without your data passing through their servers.
You can, and it is free. Open WebUI, Dify or LibreChat give you the chat screen. The rest is up to you: connecting it to your systems, the memory, the permissions, the phone and watch apps, and someone to fix it when something breaks on a Tuesday afternoon. If you have those people in-house, go ahead; we mean it.
It sits in between: a finished product running on your machines, with whatever needs to be custom built for you.
How we set it up
Which tasks you want off your plate, who will use it and which programs it has to connect to.

You try it on a separate copy, which we call “pre”, before using it for real. Nothing reaches the version your team uses without your approval.
You ask for changes from the chat itself. The assistant writes them and puts them on the test copy for you to check, and once you approve, they go to the version you use.
Every installation is quoted individually. Book a free half-hour call through the contact page: we look at what you need and prepare a quote. After the installation we keep looking after updates, monitoring and the changes you ask for.
The machine is quoted separately, based on the size of your company and what you will ask of it. We choose it, prepare it and send it ready to plug in. You can pay for it in one go or in monthly instalments with us, so you do not have to pay it all at once.
The cost depends on how many of your systems need connecting and on whether new equipment is needed. We give it to you in writing before we start.
