Who it is for
Gold-buying businesses, pawn shops and jewellers that buy from individuals and have to keep the statutory register, anti-money-laundering records and smelting notifications. All of that moves out of spreadsheets and loose paperwork.

If you buy gold from individuals or lend money against pledged items, this keeps the deadlines, the statutory register, the cash and the day’s gold price in one place. A real gold-buying and smelting business already uses it.

Each pawn loan stores the customer, the item, the amount lent, what has to be paid back and the due date. One look at the list tells you how many days are left, how much has been paid and whether it is active, renewed, redeemed or overdue.

Every purchase of gold from an individual is recorded with the seller’s details, the items, the grams and the amount. You can view them by period, with the total amount and grams, and download them as PDF or CSV, which opens in Excel.

The program produces the register in the format of Annex I of the Order of 2 November 1989, which allows entries to be kept electronically on loose sheets. Each entry shows the order number, the date, the person involved, their ID, the kind of item, the weight and the price paid.

The screenshots are from the program with invented data. We have cropped out the header because it carries the client’s brand.
